Celebrate seasonal produce at the Dairy Road Winter Market. With over 50 producers selling winter goods from regional farms in collaboration with the Southern Harvest Association. Explore the best of cold climate produce – wine, garlic, olives, truffle demonstrations and much more – at this delicious market with entertainment for all ages.

In conjunction with the annual Canberra Region Truffle Festival, the Southern Harvest Association is showcasing premium and rare truffles from the region as well as bringing delicious ready- to-eat fresh food stalls to Dairy Road.

Produce will be available for purchase as well as being able to be enjoyed on site. There will be a feast of street foods such as crepes, biryani, tacos, crumpets, gözleme, cannoli’s, dumplings and more. Pop by the Vault for the Cellar Door wine market and local cheese favourite Le Cheeserie with their famous Raclette and truffle toasties.

In addition, truffles are on the menu at Canteen and chocolatiers Jasper & Myrtle have made a truffle gelato. Nourish and Breathe apothecary are serving warm drinks & medicinal goods and there will be Hot Toddies and specialty seasonal spirit infusions from Ambrosia.

Join renowned Chef Christophe Gregoire in the Mill Theatre for a truffle cooking demonstration and tasting. Christophe is a local French chef with over 20 years of restaurant experience and a passion for showcasing the magnificence of local black truffles. Bookings required, tickets available here.

The Fringe of Squaredom will be on site for a live jazz performance on The Soul Defender.
